01. RESEARCH AND SOURCING
Once we have agreed on both the specific written definition of a position as well as attributes of the ideal candidates, our research begins. Using our extensive network of contacts to supplement that research, we identify a thorough slate of candidates. We also ensure diverse representation, in part via our historical alignment with Black and Hispanic MBA organizations, to present the best of the best to our client.
02. EVALUATION
The interview and evaluation process takes place after our methodical research and sourcing have identified the best slate of candidates for the role. We determine each candidate’s level of interest and evaluate qualifications and personal suitability through initial interviews. We also conduct preliminary reference checks before we introduce our client to a candidate.


03. CANDIDATE CALIBRATION℠ AND REFERENCES
We prepare reports and references for our clients for only the most suitable candidates. These reports include details of candidates’ professional histories, as well as our candid appraisal of his or her fit within the parameters of the position and company.
04. CLIENT INTERVIEWS AND ASSESSMENTS
We arrange meetings between candidates and clients, and then assist clients in evaluating the outcome. When our client extends an offer to the right candidate we help negotiate the final offer to ensure timely completion then advise the candidate on separating fairly and firmly from their current employer. RMG remains fully involved throughout the duration of the search process to ensure thorough assessment and overall satisfaction with the end result.
